1. Agreement and merchant record
By using the preview or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, and the refund policy. The merchant identity, payment descriptor, price, currency, tax, and transaction contact shown in the hosted checkout and receipt form part of the order record. If those details do not match your expectation, do not complete payment.
2. Service scope
The free preview provides a limited automated review of a submitted public URL. The paid service provides an automated public-page cross-border revenue audit and report based on observable signals at scan time. The service does not include implementation, private analytics review, legal advice, tax advice, advertising management, security testing, accessibility certification, or a human consulting engagement unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Plans and URLs
- Single-site audit — USD $299: one report for one valid public URL submitted with that checkout.
- Five-site agency pack — USD $1,250: reports for 1–5 valid public URLs submitted in that checkout, with an optional white-label organization name.
4. Authorization and acceptable use
You must be at least the age of legal majority and authorized to buy for the named organization. Submit only public URLs you are permitted to assess. Do not submit credentials, secrets, personal profiles, private portals, unlawful content, malware, or URLs intended to cause excessive requests. You may not reverse engineer, bypass paid access, scrape paid reports at scale, misrepresent an automated report as a legal certification, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
5. Automated digital delivery
You request that digital processing begin after payment verification. The report link uses a payment session identifier and must be kept secure. Delivery is complete when the verified report becomes accessible through that link. You are responsible for saving a PDF or JSON copy while access remains available. Where local law requires separate express consent to immediate digital supply or acknowledgment of cancellation consequences, the checkout presentation and mandatory law control.
6. No outcome guarantee
Scores, priorities, evidence, and recommendations are analytical outputs, not promises. SHIO does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, rankings, traffic, conversion improvement, regulatory compliance, or acceptance by any market. Results depend on implementation, offer quality, traffic, pricing, product-market fit, operations, law, and external platforms. You remain responsible for business decisions and for validating changes before publication.
7. Accuracy and service changes
The Internet changes continuously. Pages may block scanning, render differently by region, or change after the scan. The service may correct errors, update checks, refuse unsafe URLs, or suspend processing needed to protect the platform. If paid delivery materially fails, the refund policy applies.
8. Intellectual property and white label
You retain rights in your submitted URL and organization name. SHIO retains the audit method, software, templates, and service branding. A paid purchaser may use and share the delivered report internally and with its client for the audited site. White-label naming does not transfer ownership of the audit method and must not be used to falsify the report's origin, capabilities, or findings.
9. Liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied on an “as available” basis and indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, and lost-data damages are excluded. Aggregate liability arising from a paid order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Disputes and mandatory law
First use the transaction contact shown in checkout or on the receipt and identify the session without sending card numbers. The governing law and competent venue associated with the merchant of record apply, subject always to non-waivable consumer and data-protection rights in your location. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.

4. 権限と適正利用

5. 自動デジタル納品
支払い確認後にデジタル処理を直ちに開始するよう依頼するものとします。決済セッション識別子付きのレポートリンクを安全に保管してください。検証済みレポートがアクセス可能になった時点で納品完了です。利用可能な間にPDFまたはJSONを保存してください。地域法が即時デジタル供給への個別同意等を求める場合、決済表示と強行法規が優先します。
6. 成果保証なし
スコア、優先度、根拠、提案は分析結果であり、売上、利益、順位、流入、転換率向上、法令遵守、市場受容を保証しません。成果は実装、商品、流入、価格、市場適合、運用、法令、外部プラットフォームに左右されます。
7. 正確性・変更
ウェブページは地域や時点で変化し、スキャンを制限する場合があります。サービスはエラー修正、チェック更新、危険URL拒否、保護のための一時停止を行えます。有料納品に重大な失敗がある場合は返金ポリシーが適用されます。
8. 知的財産・ホワイトラベル
提出URLと組織名の権利は利用者に残ります。監査手法、ソフトウェア、テンプレート、サービスブランドはSHIOに帰属します。有料購入者は監査対象サイトについて社内または顧客とレポートを共有できます。ホワイトラベル名は手法の所有権を移転せず、出所・機能・結果の偽装には使用できません。
9. 責任範囲
適用法で許される最大限において、間接・結果・特別・逸失利益・データ損失は除外され、1注文に関する総責任は当該注文の実支払額を上限とします。強制的な消費者権利等、法的に除外できない責任は除外しません。
10. 紛争・強行法規
まず決済画面または領収書の取引連絡先を使用し、カード番号を送らずセッションを特定してください。加盟店記録に関連する準拠法と管轄が適用されますが、居住地の放棄できない消費者・データ保護権が常に優先します。

6. 不保证结果
评分、优先级、证据与建议属于分析输出，不承诺营收、利润、销售、排名、流量、转化提升、合规或市场接受。结果取决于实施、报价、流量、定价、产品市场匹配、运营、法律和外部平台。你负责业务决策并在发布前验证更改。
7. 准确性与服务变更
互联网持续变化，页面可能因地区而不同、阻止扫描或在扫描后变化。服务可以修正错误、更新检查、拒绝不安全网址或为保护平台暂停处理。如果付费交付发生重大失败，则适用退款政策。
8. 知识产权与白标

9. 责任边界
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“可用状态”提供，排除间接、后果性、特殊、利润损失与数据损失责任；与一个付费订单有关的累计责任不超过该订单实际支付金额。本限制不排除法律不能排除的责任，包括强制性消费者权利。
10. 争议与强制性法律
请先使用结账或收据所示交易联系渠道，并在不发送卡号的情况下标明会话。与登记商户相关的准据法和有管辖权地点适用，但始终受你所在地不可放弃的消费者和数据保护权利约束。
