1. Scope and service roles
This notice applies to the SHIO Cross-Border Revenue Audit website, free public-page preview, paid checkout, and report viewer. SHIO operates the customer-facing service. Cloudflare serves the website and anonymous event endpoint; the audit API is hosted through NeighborLoop on Vercel; and the checkout provider processes payment. Those providers may process network and transaction data under their own notices.
2. Data the service receives
- Submitted website URLs: public URLs you ask the service to review. Do not submit private dashboards, tokenized links, intranet pages, personal profiles, or URLs containing secrets.
- Checkout and report data: plan, submitted URLs, optional white-label organization name, payment session identifier, payment status, and generated report. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not collected by this static website.
- Anonymous site events: event name, page path without query parameters, selected language, plan category where relevant, referring origin only, and timestamp. The event table does not store IP addresses, submitted audit URLs, email addresses, cookies, or persistent visitor IDs.
- Browser storage: the language preference is stored locally in your browser. A submitted URL may be held in session storage so it remains available during the current tab session. The audit site does not set tracking cookies.
3. Why data is used
Data is used to provide the requested preview and report, verify paid access, prevent unsafe redirects, support white-label delivery, operate checkout, diagnose availability, measure anonymous conversion events, comply with financial obligations, and enforce the service terms.
4. Retention
Anonymous event rows are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Browser session storage ends with the tab session; the language preference remains until you clear site data. Payment, receipt, fraud-prevention, and paid-report records may be retained by the applicable service provider for legal, tax, dispute, security, and delivery purposes. This site does not promise deletion from a provider's required financial records.
5. Sharing and international processing
Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure, audit, and payment providers, or when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Because this is a cross-border online service, processing may occur outside your country. Provider safeguards and mandatory local rights continue to apply.
6. Your choices and rights
You can use the public website without the preview, clear browser site data, avoid optional white-label information, and refrain from purchase. Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Use the merchant contact channel shown in checkout or on the payment receipt and include enough information to locate the relevant session. Do not send card numbers.

依頼されたプレビュー・レポートの提供、有料アクセスの確認、安全でない転送の防止、ホワイトラベル納品、決済運用、障害診断、匿名コンバージョン計測、財務上の義務、規約執行に利用します。
4. 保存期間
匿名イベント行は90日後に削除するスケジュールです。セッションストレージはタブセッション終了時に終了し、言語設定はサイトデータを削除するまで残ります。決済・領収・不正防止・有料レポート記録は、法務、税務、紛争、セキュリティ、納品のため各事業者が保持する場合があります。
5. 共有・国外処理
インフラ、監査、決済の提供に必要な範囲、法令上必要な場合、または利用者とサービス保護に必要な場合に限り共有します。越境オンラインサービスのため、国外で処理される場合があります。
6. 選択肢と権利
プレビューを使わず閲覧する、ブラウザのサイトデータを消去する、任意の組織名を入力しない、購入しないことを選べます。適用法上の開示・訂正・削除等の権利については、決済画面または領収書に示される加盟店連絡窓口を使用してください。カード番号は送信しないでください。
